Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing TESTRON quality testing equipment. At TESTRON, we take great pride in the precision and durability of our products. Every piece of equipment we manufacture is backed by a warranty period as specified in your purchase agreement, starting from the date on the shipping or delivery document. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the scope of your warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that TESTRON products will be free from manufacturing defects for the duration specified in your official quotation. This warranty is only valid if the equipment is used as intended and maintained in accordance with our instructions.
Please note:
1. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear components or consumables.
2. Warranty becomes void if unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original spare parts are detected.
3. Improper installation, misuse, or operating the product in unsuitable conditions will also void the warranty.

Eligibility & Payment Terms

To maintain your warranty and access technical support:
1. All outstanding payments must be cleared. Warranty and service coverage are suspended until payment is made in full.
2. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Warranty Period Start Date

Your warranty becomes active from the date listed on the waybill or shipping document, as agreed in your quotation or purchase order.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please:
1. Provide the product serial number and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2. Reach out to our U.S. customer service team within the warranty period.

Warranty Limitations: What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
1. Force Majeure Events: TESTRON is not responsible for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport issues, embargoes, or government restrictions.
2. Regular Maintenance: Consumables and parts subject to routine use are not covered.
3. User Error or Negligence: Damage caused by voltage misuse, water ingress, physical impact, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Improper Environment: Use in unsuitable operating conditions not aligned with the product specifications.

Shipping & Handling Charges

TESTRON will cover shipping costs under the following conditions:
1. If a major quality issue arises within five (5) business days of delivery (with no external or physical damage).
2. If a batch-level recall or replacement is initiated by TESTRON. In these cases, we will arrange ground shipping at standard rates. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
For all other warranty service needs, including part replacements, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Intellectual Property Notice

All technical documents, product schematics, and related information shared with the customer remain the exclusive intellectual property of TESTRON Group. Reproduction, sharing, or disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited without written permission from TESTRON.

We offer 24/7 support for all TESTRON equipment during the warranty period through online channels and email.

2. Post-Warranty Support: We provide ongoing technical assistance beyond the warranty period. On-site engineer visits can be arranged upon request and will be quoted separately.
